Creative Enablers are young people interested in supporting others as well as dancing themselves and want to find out more about how the dance industry works
As a Creative Enabler, you’ll gain experience, build confidence, and help shape the future of Move Together. You’ll work alongside dance artists, support other young people, and explore your own creative interests in dance and leadership.

Advocate for Move Together
Be a voice for the programme and help spread the word. Creative Enablers help promote Move Together within their communities, sharing their experiences and encouraging others to get involved in dance.
Encourage Other Young People
Support and inspire other young people to take part. Whether welcoming someone new to a session or sharing your own experiences, you’ll help create an inclusive and supportive environment.
Support Dance Artists
Work alongside professional dance artists during sessions and activities. You’ll help with group leadership, assist with activities, and gain insight into how dance projects are delivered.
Help Shape Move Together
Your ideas matter. Creative Enablers are invited to share feedback and suggestions to help develop and improve the Move Together programme.
Volunteer at Creative Voice Events
Get involved behind the scenes at Creative Voice events. This might include helping with organisation, supporting participants, or assisting with performances and showcases.
Develop Your Work at the Flourish Centre
Use the Flourish Centre as a space to explore your creativity. Creative Enablers can have opportunities to develop their own dance ideas, projects, or collaborations.
Explore Your Dance Interests
Discover new styles, roles, and opportunities in dance. Whether you’re interested in performing, choreography, leadership, or community work, being a Creative Enabler can help you explore your path.
