Open Access Classes
The Flourish Centre offers a welcoming space for relaxation and creative activity through classes, projects, or individual sessions. Conveniently located near bus routes, the centre has a car park with a dedicated minibus parking space, is situated on ground level, and has accessible toilets.

Dance for Later Movers
Tuesdays and Wednesday 6.00 pm - 7.00 pm at the Hull Dance Flourish Centre, Anchor Court, Francis Street. HU2 8DT
You think, or have been told, you should try and move more. This easy-going class, which helps you take control of your body, is the class for you. Weight bearing movements, relaxation, space to learn steps and share a few of your own, whilst re-connecting with your body and mind in a safe environment with other women.

Movement for Wellbeing
Tuesday 1.30 pm - 2.30 pm at the Hull Dance Flourish Centre, Anchor Court, Francis Street. HU2 8DT
You enjoy moving with others, find dance classes too challenging because of age, life-events or health issues. This class, which helps maintain the movement we have, is the class for you. A gentle class with a social twist, we relax, move, laugh and chat.

Time Out
Tuesday 12.30 pm - 1.00 pm at the Hull Dance Flourish Centre, Anchor Court, Francis Street. HU2 8DT
A short session for people living or working close by to switch-off, reset and refresh with relaxation and some gentle movement. Perfect for in your lunch-break or if you have limited free time.

Movement to Music and Relaxation
Every Monday from 11.00 am - 12.00 pm on Zoom
Sessions with people living with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions, their carers, family and friends. Together we explore co-ordination, body awareness, stretching, creativity, memory and having fun.
Everybody moves in their own way ensuring they are safe and get the most from the class.

Care Settings

Small Group Movement and Relaxation
2-hour session, maximum 6 residents plus staff members
Relaxation and gentle movement built around participants, their abilities, likes and preferences. Including time to chat and connect with a warm drink around a table.

Memory Loss
1-hour session, maximum 2 residents and carer/relatives
A chance for a resident and a carer/relative to take part in a bespoke movement session offering the opportunity for both to relax, create, move and have fun together. These sessions are particularly beneficial for people living with dementia
